    Pick your space, menu and setup. We'll send a custom quote.

    Confirm your booking, then show up and enjoy it.

What's the smallest group you book?

Our event spaces start at about 20 guests. Groups of 15 or fewer can usually just reserve a table. Email us or complete the form at the top of the page to book.

Can we book the whole restaurant?

Yes. Full buyouts host 50 to 130 guests in Uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener, and 50 to 150 in Ayr Village, half-day or full-day.

Is there a minimum spend?

It depends on the space, the day and the time of your event. Your event planner will go over the details with you.

Can we bring decorations?

Yes. Customize the décor and layout. It's your event.

How far ahead should we book for the holidays?

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in late November and December go first. Send us a few dates that work for you and we'll tell you what's open.
